A graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. of Economics, Ms. McIntosh is an 18-year business development and communications professional who has successfully served commercial, governmental, and nonprofit industries including Aviation, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Information Technology. She is specialized in the development and implementation of organizational growth strategies and business turnarounds through workflow analyses, augmentation of internal policies, centralization of functions, key staff training, and client outreach. She has served on several boards with missions that include education of economic and fiscal issues empowering individuals to make a difference, promotion of economic self-sufficiency for women, children’s science and learning programs, and entities that provide family violence victims safe housing, legal help, counseling and community education. Hillary is heavily involved with Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Hospitality Club and is the youngest recipient to date to receive “Alaska’s Top Forty Under 40” award (2005).
